PRICE VALIDITY

The price listed on our site depends on season, room style & type and package type. The price in VND (dong) is for reference purpose only and subject to exchange rate fluctuation everyday. Please contact our sales for detailed information on price.

Children policy

01 child under the age of 5 sharing bed with parents: FOC

01 child at the age of 5 to 12: surcharge US$ 22.5/night (included extra bed)

02 children:

• Both are under the age of 5: 01 compulsory extra bed is required and will be charged at US$ 15/night. The other child will share bed with parents.
• 01 child under the age of 5 and other is from 5 to 12 years old: 01 compulsory extra bed is required for the child from 5 – 12 years old and will be charged at US$ 22.5/night. The child under 5 years old will share bed with parents.
• Both are from 5 – 12 years old: a compulsory room must be required and will be charged as 80% of a room rate. 

Children from age of 12 will be charged as adult rate (US$ 30/night)

 

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

• A minimum deposit of 30% of the full amount (plus a banking fee) is required to secure your bookings with us.
• The balance must be paid at least 7 working days before arrival.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation which applies for discounted rate (Early bird, Last minutes, Flash deal, etc…) is non-refundable, non-amendable.

Cancellation which applies for normal rate will be charged as follow:

 

 

1. For FIT booking (group of less than 7 rooms) with flexible rate:

From 1 to 2 rooms:

More than 7 days prior to check-in	No cancellation charge
From 6 to 3 days prior to check-in	50% of total rates
Less than 72 hours prior to check-in	100% of total rates
No-show	100% of total rates

From 3 to 6 rooms: 

More than 21 days prior to check-in	No cancellation charge
From 20 to 14 days prior to check-in	50% of total rates
From 13 to 7 days prior to check-in	75% of total rates
Less than 7 days prior to check-in	100% of total rates
No-show	100% of total rates

 

 

2. GIT (group of from 7 rooms) with flexible rate:

From 7 to 10 rooms: 

More than 30 days prior to check-in:	No cancellation charge
From 29 to 15 days prior to check-in:	50% of total rates
From 14 to 7 days prior to check-in	75% of total rates
Less than 7 days prior to check-in	100% of total rates
No-show	100% of total rates

From 11 to 15 rooms: 

More than 45 days prior to check-in	No cancellation charge
From 45 to 30 days prior to check-in	50% of total rates
From 29 to 7 days prior to check-in	75% of total rates
Less than 7 days prior to check-in	100% of total rates
No-show	100% of total rates

More than 15 rooms: 

More than 21 days prior to check-in	No cancellation charge
From 20 to 14 days prior to check-in	50% of total rates
From 13 to 7 days prior to check-in	75% of total rates
